I use statscounter for all my website you can have many projects that you can track and keep updated information and it is is real time as well. Very nice script.

I prefer AwStats, built into cPanel.
And Mint is also very nice.

In my opinion Google analytics is the best tool for track any information about your werbsite. Statscounter is also good but analytics is very easy to use and it's shows the perfect reports about our website.
