1]The smilies doesnt suit the skin, it looks bit wayward, may be you should remove them all and look for black smilies which would suit this skin better than white skinned smileys.

2]User Cp is not found, I have to use the private message button at the top to reach my usercp, may be that could be added at the top as well.

3]AdminXl.com text looks cool but had the text been inside a graphical banner it would look further good.

4]A Shoutbox at the bottom could be added.

Saying all the forum is nice good and clean otherwise and very easy interface and looks more like IPB than Phpbb which is a plus point.
