SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - When surfing the Internet for safe Web sites, not all domains are equal.
Companies that assign addresses for Web sites appear to be cutting corners on security more when they assign names in certain domains than in others, according to a report to be released Wednesday by antivirus software vendor McAfee Inc.
McAfee found the most dangerous domains to navigate to are ".hk" (Hong Kong), ".cn" (China) and ".info" (information

How can domains itself be dangerous?
That is not possible.Or you mean dangerous sites host on .info,.hk,etc?

I am a sufferer of this,there is a obvious difference in type of domains. my .coms never give any problem but .info oh god that Invalid syntax error and page cannot be found error (DNS error)
Y is this difference can any1 explain in detail so that i can avoid my info site going down daily without causes ?

..really??..
I have a cpl .info's [only been running for a week or 2].. but I havent noticed
any downtimes or weird errors..
I would double check the dns

My domain Top2bottom.info is evident of it . . Its ön Vps still happening. .
I thnk dats y .info d0mains r n0t given so much importance

I have seen spam posts on my site with links ending in cn & hk but we take them off the site straight away but we keep them so if we need them for anything as in the posters IP at least we have them but obviously we know that we cant click on them because they could contain virus's

I am a martyr of this,there is a apparent departure in character of domains. my .cons never give any problem but .info oh god that Invalid syntax error as well as page cannot be detected error
