In the U.S. market, which currently has a website. This page also has a good range of Google. However, as I checked recently, I saw on the first page of Google. I am willing to cover the UK market, too. I have worked with all major search engines and my site has received 25 first places in Google.co.uk. But I'm also very interested in my site visible on the first page. How is it possible for me to work faster? I hope that some ideas and suggestions. Please help me get there.

there is no real quick fix.. (unless you go black hat) and that will only yield temporary results..
and will hurt you seriously inthe long run..

just keep doing what you are doing and give it time...
about how long since site launch till you were in the first couple of google results pages?...
